2027 Oxford Institute: Presentation Proposal
The Oxford Institute welcomes scholarly presentations based on original research or clinical experience. Students may present research in the poster session, or co-present with an established researcher — typically a faculty member or doctoral-level professional. All proposals should relate to some aspect of education, training and supervision, or clinical practice. Topics relating to innovative therapeutic interventions, original or innovative theories, application of classical theories, substance treatment, ethics, intercultural clinical issues, and related areas will be accepted for review. Submissions are peer-reviewed by members of the Oxford Institute Program Committee and accepted on scholarly merit and relevance. All presenters must register for the Institute and pay the appropriate registration fee. Accepted presentations will be confirmed and listed in the Institute program material upon remittance of the registration fee.
To Submit a Proposal
Send a brief email cover letter and file attachment (MS Word format) to brian@intapc.org containing:
- A one-page narrative summary of the proposed presentation.
- Preferred session format:
- Poster session, or
- 60-minute presentation.
- Presentation title and a 2–3 sentence description for inclusion in program materials.
- Name(s), contact information, terminal degree, licensure/certification, and work title for each presenter. Please indicate the “lead presenter,” if there are multiple presenters. (Please note that all listed presenters must register for the Institute).
Review Process
Applicants are notified of their status by March 1, 2027, or typically within two weeks of submission after that date. Accepted presentations are added to the Institute program schedule on a “rolling acceptance” basis until all open presentation slots are filled. All presenters must be registered for the Institute in order to be listed in the final Institute program.
