2027 Oxford Institute

Description

Registration with housing at St. Hilda’s College. Participants are provided with seven nights of residential housing at St. Hilda’s College (beginning on Friday, July 2nd). All rooms are “ensuite” with in-room bath/shower. Daily full English breakfast is included, along with all scientific and scholarly presentations and official Institute events.

Due to room reservation requirements, the room option must be selected at the time of initial registration.

Full payment at time of registration is required to secure a participant slot.

Please note

• A limited number of scholarships is available for professional colleagues attending from lower GDP countries. Please contact Dr. Canfield at brian@intapc.org for additional information.
• All attending family members, spouses, or traveling companions must register for the Institute paying the same registration fee as the professional attendee.
• Due to room reservation requirements with St. Hilda’s College, housing choice must be selected at the time of registration.

International Participants — Letter of Invitation

Upon request, IAPC will provide a “letter of invitation” to attend the Oxford Institute to a participant requiring documentation for visa application purposes for entry into the UK (not required of USA citizens).

• Access to all Institute scientific and scholarly programs and scheduled activities.

Additional expenses included with Housing registration options

• Seven nights housing at St. Hilda’s College — July 2 to 9, 2027
• Daily Full English breakfast

Expenses not covered by the registration fee

• Airfare to the United Kingdom
• Ground transportation in the United Kingdom
• Meals other than breakfast
• Incidental expenses

Key Dates

• March 1, 2027: Presenters notified of proposal status
• April 20, 2027: Last day for full registration refund
• June 1, 2027: Last day for partial (50%) registration refund
• July 1, 2027: USA departure for arrival into the UK on July 2nd
• July 2, 2027: Housing check-in at St. Hilda’s College (3:00 p.m. room check-in)
• July 9, 2027: Oxford Institute concludes at 12:00 noon
