2023 World Conference – Double-Occupancy Ocean View Cabin

The conference registration fee includes access to all professional programs, two-night cruise in a double-occupancy ocean view cabin, on-board meals in a choice of restaurants and live entertainment throughout the ship, port taxes, fees, and pre-paid gratuities.

A $100 discount will be provided to a non-professional spouse or travel companion – not attending professional presentations – and sharing a cabin with a professional attendee.

COVID-19 Policy

As of September 12, 2022 the Margaritaville Cruise Line requires proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 3-days of departure (if not vaccinated).  However, it is anticipated that this policy may be dropped in the coming weeks/months.

Passport Requirement

Since the Paradise will sail in Bahamian waters and dock at Grand Bahama Island on Saturday, conference attendees are required to have a valid passport.  However, USA born citizens may present a notarized copy of their birth certificate in lieu of a passport.

Meals

All meals are included in the conference registration fee and are available throughout the day. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, or participants may purchase a beverage package directly from the cruise line.

Attire

“Resort casual” attire is appropriate for all conference events.
